      How to use

      Different ways to use a massage peanut:

      1. Place the Peanut under your hip when lying on your side to release your hips/TFL.

      2. Place the peanut under your lower back to reduce tightness and pain.

      3. Place the peanut between your shoulder blades to mobilise thoracic spine and neck.

      4. Use the massage peanut under calves for better ankle flexion and mobility.
